Week 1: Christmas Art Park Camp!

Open to children aged 7-12.

From December 18-22, 2023, our popular City Fun Camp is set in the beautiful Museum of Fine Arts Park.

From 9:00am to 3:00pm daily, your child will enjoy whole days of fun and exciting activities and games, in our all-English environment. From Christmas activities to challenging quests and learning activities, Summershine will expand your child's mind with seasonal joy and enthusiasm. To add more fun and adventure, we will also enjoy an exciting all day field trip.

Daily healthy lunch and snacks are provided, as are all materials, transportation and fees. Games and activities are fun and exercise-based, but there will be plenty of learning to be had. In addition, as always, your child will further his/her social-emotional learning, communication skills, and make lifelong memories and friendships!

Week 2: Christmas Camping!

This Christmas break, are you looking for a way that your child can enjoy a memorable, healthy, wonderful adventure, all while learning social skills, life skills, and an appreciation of nature and ecology?

This December 26-29, 2023, Summershine Camps brings back its popular Overnight Christmas Camp! After a fun orientation day of games and activities from 9:00am-3:00pm on Tuesday the 26th in our local Kaohsiung park (Museum of Fine Arts Park), we will find some fresh air for 3 days and 2 nights of camping in the beautiful mountains near Wanluan! We will leave Kaohsiung on December 27th at 9:00am and return on December 29th at 3:00pm. 

Your child will foster an appreciation of camping in a safe, private environment at the Yingda X Mulu Ecological Leisure Park. This will be our second straight year at this phenomenal camping venue, which was very well received at our sold out Camp last year.

Surrounded by trees, mountains, and clean air, this campground has plenty of room for our popular Summershine games and activities! Our knowledgeable staff will ensure that your child will learn about the ecology, enjoy Scouts and outdoor camping skills, all while practicing and learning English! No devices will be allowed, except for bedtime communication with parents. Enjoy nature!

On the huge grass fields and secure, private grounds, campers will engage in wonderful activities, games, and lessons. While interacting with other children in a safe and wholesome camping environment, they will also learn valuable skills, such as, but not limited to:

• shelter building
• campfire cooking
• knot tying
• arts and crafts
• navigation
• escape room and mystery mind puzzles
• team and friendship building
